Page 1 of 4 Guild Philosophy
1. Develope your own way in your own pace We want our members to feel free to be themselves and develop their own personality and style while participating in any gaming world. The most important thing is the have good, clean fun. That was our philosophy during the years in Sosaria (Ultima Online) and the philosophy we brought with us to Azeroth (World of Warcraft) and Tyria (Guild Wars).
2. Act nicely and respectful Something that is very important to us is to act towards each other in a nice and respectful way. We strive for everybody to help each other, as we believe that is what a association of people is for. Keep the chat clean and nice, in Keep quarreling in PM and party even, if you wish. Cussing in a rude way, any sexual references and harassing can lead to being suspended or in worst case, disbanded from the guild. (See "Breaking the rules" below)
3. Noone is better than the other We all may have different ranks, experience and levels, but that doesn't make one almightier than the other. For example, to gain a higher rank in the guild doesn't necessarily have to do with the above. Gaining rank is about contribution and achievement within the guild, and also respect not only to the leaders, but also for leaders to show respect to members with less rank.
