Yes, it's true. The Peerless bosslady Melisande leaped off the cliff during the fight last Tuesday. It was July 28th and the Vikings had been invited to a joint guildhunt together with our new friends in Chaos of Deception. We arrived at their HQ and was introduced to a third crew called Mature Audience Only (MAO). Tokuno and Lady Melisande & Co was on the menu as we headed out with around 10 people.

We did some of the last visits to the Shadowlord spawn, as the event together with the artifact drops at the Tokuno spawn would end July 31st. We all had a good time, ending up being around 15 in two parties as we ended the evening at the Tokuno Champion Spawn. I believe there was yet another hunt last night, although neither me or Nyte has the opportunity to join. We keep you posted, though as we battle on with our new friends. Finally, a tip - if you plan to visit Tokuno, don't miss the sake fountain.

Lady RainQueen and Lord Raven (Chaos of Deception), Silver, Rogue, Gallahad, Lady Nyte, Blade, Sir Dan,Trydon and I lined up at Lady RainQueen's residence after a successful participation at the EM Event last night.

The Event Managers last night were unlikely prepared for the storm of participants for the PvM Dungeon Event. Things started out quite chaotic when EM Sarakan asked the 50-100 people to form 10-man groups instead of the announced 6 per group in the invitation to the event.

For a while we were only 5 vikings and things didn't look too promising, but we had a great ending of the night with a more successful battle than anyone would have expected. On top of that we were invited to Lady RainQueen's (Chaos of Deception) residence afterwards where we had a nice chat. We were invited to their guild huntnight this week, which we gladly accepted to join.

Nyte really surprised me the other day as she showed me her first newspost at UO.Stratics Europa. So I would like to share these great news with everybody. After I started back in UO this spring, I wanted to check out the EM Events. Nyte have always had mixed feelings about the RPG part of playing Ultima Online, as I on my hand was very involved back when the Europa Shard was introduced along with several large communities of players moving there.

Anyway.. Nyte came along to the first EM Event we attended on Europa and we found it interesting and fun. We kept on attending and I did of course take screenshots as I always do and posted in our image gallery here at VoM.com.

When I had to work alot during a period at the end of this spring and also this summer, Nyte kept going on her own and took over the news and image posting. During this period, it turned out that Stratics was looking for people, and as Nyte had already learned to know Petra Fyde in the UO Stratics team, she ended up applying and was brought in.

So, wow.. congrats and good luck! I guess I better take a break from working all the time and get back to helping out here at VoM.com.
